ATELIER SABOU candles are made with natural soy wax and natural 100% cotton threads containing no lead, zinc or other metals. The pots are handmade and reusable.

Please remember the candles are hand poured, and although every effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be a little different.

Here are a few tips to get the most out of your ATELIER SABOU candle:

01. When lighting a soy candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the container. Failure to do this will often cause “tunneling” which will limit the life of your new soy candle.

02. Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4”. Occasionally, “mushrooming” may occur. This is okay and simply means that there is a build up of carbon from burning for a longer period or perhaps a draft.   After the candle is extinguished, allow wick to harden and carefully trim to 1/4”.

03. After finishing the candle, clean pot with warm, soapy water, and reuse.
