Refund policy

Atelier Sabou accepts returns on full priced items that are unused. However, it needs to be discussed beforehand. So please contact me via email to discuss returns within 30 days of purchase.

If the return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be refunded the full price of the object when it is returned to Atelier Sabou in its original conditions.

If an item arrives damaged please document your package and contact me via email.

Atelier Sabou does not accept returns on:

• Custom or personalised orders,
• Sale items,

unless they arrive damaged.
